From plateaued to powerful performance

A 4-week progressive loading program that tells you exactly where you are, why you've been plateauing, and how to build a training system that finally performs at your level. ‍ ‍

Welcome to the Modern Athlete Intensive

You're busting your ass 26 hours a day. You've made 7,000 decisions before 10am. You have people who rely on you spanning generations professionally, personally, relentlessly.

You also deeply value your health and your fitness. You don't need to be told to get off the couch or why building muscle matters. That inspires you, not exhausts you.

And yet you haven't had a training routine that actually felt right since you were on a team and someone else was responsible for your programming. Maybe not even then.

You're not under-motivated. You're not inconsistent. You’re not “too old.” You're the woman who keeps getting sidelined by her own drive.

The thing that makes you effective everywhere else in life
is the thing breaking the system.

You've layered intensity on top of intensity. Your body is running like a startup in growth mode with no infrastructure and no recovery runway. Eventually something breaks. And when it does, the fitness industry tells you to go to Pilates and regulate your nervous system.

And that’s just not who you are.

You've never wanted to slow down. You've wanted better programming, smarter recovery, and someone who doesn't try to fix you by making you do less.

Welcome to The Modern Athlete Intensive where we have it all.

Imagine if…

You walk into every room and people notice, but not just because of how you look but because of how you carry yourself. The energy of someone completely at home in her body.

You're the one your friends are texting asking what you're doing. You're the one who makes other women remember they used to be athletes too.

You know exactly why your body has been breaking down. You have a name for the pattern. A strategy that accounts for your life, not despite it.

You're not layering intensity on top of exhaustion anymore. You're building something with actual architecture — a system so well constructed that the only way it fails is if you throw it out the window. And even then, you'll know why.

Your training doesn't bend around your life. Your life is built around something worth protecting. And everyone can tell.

You stopped chasing the woman you used to be. You're building someone she'd be intimidated by.

You have a goal on the calendar that has nothing to do with damage control. You're not maintaining. You're not recovering. You're competing, with yourself, on your terms, at a standard nobody set for you.

You're just an athlete again.
A better one.

Why I built this

In the summer of 2019 I moved to San Francisco. I had two master's degrees, a CSCS, multiple NCAA championships and years of coaching experience. I had also spent the better part of a decade fighting my own body with restrictive cycles, binge eating, training through injury, and chasing a look instead of building a life.

Something shifted that year and it wasn’t because I found the right diet or the perfect program, but because I finally stopped training against myself. I started coaching myself the way I coached my athletes. With data. With periodization. With a framework that accounted for my actual life instead of the life I thought I was supposed to have.

My body settled. The binge eating stopped, and not because I white-knuckled it but because I stopped creating the conditions for it. I started running, found I actually loved it, and realized my body could do things I'd never given it the infrastructure to do.

I got stronger, faster, and most importantly, happier. Everything thrived because of that. My purpose, my relationships. All of it.

My discipline never changed. My system did.

I built The Modern Athlete Intensive because the women I work with are some of the most capable, driven, high-performing humans I've ever met, and they are either running themselves into the ground or outsourcing to people who don’t fundamentally understand them.

I do. And that's what this is.

This is for you if

  • YES You're a former competitive athlete who's lost the thread and wants it back

  • YES You're running a business, a team, or a household at full capacity and your training reflects none of that

  • YES You've tried generic programs and been underwhelmed

  • YES You're done being the project manager of your own fitness

  • YES You want to train hard and you want someone who actually understands what that means for your body

  • NO You need someone to convince you to care about your health

  • NO You're looking for a soft approach or a dramatic body transformation in 30 days

  • NO You want a coach to tell you what you want to hear

  • Set the foundation. Identify where you actually are as opposed to where you think you should be. Account for your psychology and your physiology. When you understand your real strengths and opportunities, you have different levers to pull. Every great training block starts with honest data.

  • Progressive loading begins. Build capacity deliberately, not desperately. This is where you stop layering intensity on top of a system that isn't ready for it and start experiencing what renewed energy in training actually feels like.

  • Your body has been communicating the whole time. This week you learn to listen and adjust in real time. When you can read the signal, the system becomes unbreakable.

  • You now have a baseline, a system, and four weeks of data on how your body actually responds. When you integrate identity with strategy, there is no ceiling on your results.

8-week upgrade

Now We Build

Weeks 1-4 gave you something most people never have: an honest baseline, real data, and a system you actually understand and can run with. You now have the opportunity to maximize it over an additional 4-week period.

A fresh training cycle built on what your body showed you in the first four weeks. More load, more precision, and absolutely no guessing. This is where you get to go deeper into YOU specifically.

This is where the gap between knowing and becoming really closes.

The program

4 weeks. 3 or 4 days per week. Built on a proven strength framework with progressive loading that actually adapts to where you are — not where a generic program assumes you should be.

Each week inside the community, I drop methodology from my 1:1 coaching practice — applied broadly so you understand the framework, not just the workouts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? Take a look at the FAQ! If there’s something you don’t see, reach out to me directly!

  • Access to a barbell and basic free weights will get you the most out of the program. If you're working with different equipment, reach out before enrolling and we'll figure out if it's a fit!

  • Most likely, depending on the injury! The 8-week track includes a Q&A with my Athletic Trainer specifically for this reason. If you're unsure, reach out before enrolling.

  • The program itself is one part of it. The community methodology drops give you the framework behind the training, which is the same framework my 1:1 clients operate from. You're not just following workouts. You're learning how to train. This is far beyond tracking steps & water intake for a couple of weeks.

  • Yes, and you will receive access to any Q&A’s you missed.

  • While this program is not designed to tackle nutrition specifically, as I believe that is highly individual and requires a specific, nuanced, and longer process, we will certainly touch on methodology I use inside my coaching, and you are welcome to use the Q&A to address any specific nutrition questions.
