MAM is a 6-month coaching container, not a program. The distinction matters. Programs have a fixed arc that ends when the weeks run out. This bends around you — your schedule, your season, your body — and builds for the long game.
01 7 Systems personalized assessment
A full baseline across all seven systems so your programming accounts for every relevant variable from day one — not month three when we finally figure out what's actually going on. We diagnose which systems are misfiring before we build anything.
02 Custom programming, updated weekly
Not a template. Not a 12-week plan that ignores your Tuesday work trip. Your program evolves based on what your body actually shows us — performance data, recovery patterns, life demands. Built for you, every week, for six months.
03 Weekly data review and analysis
Your training mapped against wearable data (Garmin, Apple Watch, Oura Ring) or manual input. We make decisions based on evidence, not assumptions. You'll see exactly why your program looks the way it does.
04 Direct workout feedback
Specific feedback on completed sessions. No more "was that enough or too much?" — you'll know exactly how each effort fits the broader training picture. The second-guessing stops here.
05 M–Sunday messaging access
A travel week throws everything off. A low-energy day spirals into guilt. You get real-time support so decisions get made with context instead of in your own head at 10pm.
06 Monthly progress reports + 60-minute Zoom check-in
A detailed report lands before every call so we can zoom out, assess the bigger picture, and keep your training aligned with whatever season of life you're actually in — not the one you were in when we started.

Two master's degrees — Sport Psychology and Sports Medicine. A CSCS. Ten-plus years coaching athletes at the D1 level and beyond. An active track & field coaching background that keeps me sharp on real performance, not just fitness industry trends.
The difference isn't credentials alone. It's the lens. I'm not building you a fitness routine. I'm diagnosing which systems are misfiring, recalibrating training and recovery expectations, and engineering a performance system around your specific biology, history, and life demands.
